    Plans call for 2 layers of 'Proskin' or wood laminated into the curve. Or aluminum. I'm considering laminating stain grade plywood on the inside of the door either way. I like to attack the interior as soon as possible. This 3 ply plywood is very thin.

    Took a few minutes this afternoon working on ideas on setting up a spray station. The kids had a kayak hanging under the deck so I tried the kayak hoist as a hanger. Hope to spray this month.

    I do not worry too much about matching. I fly so rarely and with occasional ‘rough’ landings creating needs for patching, etc I just don’t care.
