    First attempt at laying out the instrument panel. A piece of aluminum glued to a piece of plywood. I used a wire brush attachment to my Demel tool to make the swirled pattern. Instruments were ordered from Dynamic Balsa and the bezels from Iflytailies.

    It is removable Tony. 2 pins in the forward section and 2 bolts in the rear. I will leave it attached unless I need to do some maintenance on the internals.

    These aren't exactly in sequence but it does show my progress to date. The first pic shows where I added some lite ply to the joint between the front and rear halves of the fuselage. The former shown in the second pic also adds some additional strength to the fuse. The 3rd pic was just to see...

    Front fuselage sides joined. Just epoxied the rear section at the tail end and allowing to dry overnight. Next step is to add the cross braces and then join the 2 halves together. I checked back through some build threads and found that it's a good idea to reinforce the joint with some...

    Not sure, haven’t gotten to that point yet and I haven’t looked ahead in the manual. I do recall reading that some builders reinforced the joint.
