    I picked up a free treadmill a while back and pulled the motor for upgrading my lathe. Last night I decided to do a little work on the motor in preparation for the transplant.     As I get older and shake a bit more, especially if I drink too much coffee in the morning, I find a tray helps from time to time. I've also learned to go from thumbs to pinch method if I get nervous. Makes landings much easier, especially with heli's.

    Finally made a part on the lathe. I've only been playing with speeds and feeds up to this point. Still learning!! I made a new knob for the tailstock lock. Not fancy, but functional !

    Finally found some time to get back to the U Can Do. I built a jig for hinging the elevators, added some extra material for the hinges, and got started on some sanding.
