3dNater Here is a night shot with a Crack Pitts and MSXc mini lit up for comparison with TwistedHobbys setup. Plenty bright enough if you keep it close. The left side of the Edge is 3S and the right is 2S. I only have the top set installed right now. No real difference.

3S was definitely brighter than 2S ... tonight I'll plug everything in and see exactly how much. Comparing by lighting up a piece of paper I'd say only 15% brighter but it runs hot. This looks like it will be fine for 55"... inverse square is a pain so 72" means the fuse will be a lot dimmer...

Bad weather means I get bored and do projects... So lights are going on the 55" Edge so I can fly when there is no wind . I have never done this on something big so we will have to see how it works. Making some little posts to stick them on instead of the sfg is probably in order but they...

Heck yeah snow in Flagstaff -- we are one of the snowiest cities in the country most years. It melts away in a week instead of staying on the ground for months. Everyone knows don't plant your garden until June because it will probably be snowed on. =) This was a month ago

That is a good dream Mike! It is cold out and going to be snowing this weekend .... (ugh!) ... oh and I/T has seized control of our software development projects and basically shut down my whole team to "avoid risk" .... Maybe I just need to give up on this week and drive across the country to SC.

Totally cool 3dNater... I used to spend countless hours building and tweaking cars as a kid. my dad and I would make huge charts of performance numbers finding the perfect weight and shape and lubricant and racing stripe pattern.

14x7 is my favorite so far... But I don't really have a big variety to play with to see if there is something better. What are you swinging bloosee?

I am running 6S as well ... around 1000watts. The thrust to weight is insane.

A receiver swap or flash is almost always in order for as3x stuff these days. The sukhoi 29mm was mostly unflyable until I threw in a new receiver. At least the Viking's receiver can be tuned and I have that cable and the app
