    Decided to test out my tap guide. Some of the small gears need set screws. It's one of the reasons I needed a tap guide. The tap is a 1-72. Everything worked great.

    Been wanting to pick up a tap guide, but decided to give building one myself a try. I used aluminum for this first attempt, as it's easier to work with, and just started making parts as I went along. Don't know if it's to standard, but it does work good.

    Hey Tony, Did you cover just the tail on purpose? I've alway tried to use one full length piece on each side and overlap at the top. Is it easier to do just the tail section first?

    Finally got the stab glued on last night. Got buisy on the fin and rudder. I added some extra material for the hinges, and got the hard point installed on the fin, for the tail brace wires.     I think I can blend it in so it's almost un-noticeable. Once I have it close, I'll hit it with a sand blaster to make it uniform.
