My 104" EF extra had kind of a combo deal with 1/4x20 nylon bolts plus smaller sized bolts with bonded washers. the big downside to 1/4x20 steel bolts and washers is simply the weight.     I always use normal bolts with bonded washers for the stabs. Get a good handled hex driver like the link below and itll make life easy removing them each time...

    Carbon Build Up

    If you have a sonic cleaner, toss them in there with a sonic cleaner oil. gets every last bit of carbon off things. I run my rifle and hand gun small carbon fowled parts though mine every couple of months. Beats scraping with a tool that could mar the surface and remove any ceramic coatings.

    Cask beer is usually celler temp. But most of the other beers are cooled. Especially the lagers. But it all depends on where you are. Westeren europe usually has colder beer than east.

    my 40% pilot extra 260 rebuild. Got all the repair wood from pilot RC. Pretty straightforward but still a lot of work. We'll see how the progress goes:rolleyes:
