    has anyone cut out any vent holes in the fuse.? I am kind of used to 3dhs and ef's tunnels to get the heat from the engine. I don't use pipes

    put the muffler I had to cut it so that the muffler was also exposed also added the tunnel vent never had heat issues

    Tim are you still thinking of making a modified cap.? not low wing but keeping the cowl canopy and possible tail looks.? pic of my old Midwest cap.232 15 years old and I still fly it 2-3 times a year.. pretty much a lead sled compared to todays good 3d planes

    yes that is correct I had the same engine on my 72" extra. you will also have to cut out some of the tri stock in the rear of the fire wall for washers and also grind the edge of the 2 washers to fit in the rear of the box for the bolts. also the bottom front you might have to cut the edge to...

    Has anyone put the rudder servo in the back instead of pull/pull.? I put my rudder servo in the tail of my 72" extra and it was still nose heavy with a dle 35. thanks

    most of the da twins I have seen all ran good hopefully the 70 will also. I would buy a da 60 but most of those I have seen and its been a lot just don't sound like they run very good unless maybe there piped. and seem picky to tune or always tuning them. burble a lot and stall on the ground.

    I got the same one delivered last Friday . what engines are you lookat at to power it.? im considering a gp61 or eme 60 or the new dle 60 single due out in novermber all the build treads are on fg. but there to drug out maybe we can both do one.
