    Thank you! When I got it the gear box was ripped out and I stripped 95% of the fuselage and recovered it. 3DHS had a sale on the wings, so they are brand new. Couldn't see putting hours into the wings when I could pick up new ones for 109 a piece. Just didn't make sense :-)

    Yes I am Rob! I didn't want to stop flying it. By the third flight I was greasing the landings the same way I do with the big Edge :)

    Here is a link to the video. It is kind of random and the engine is REALLY rich, didn't sound that way on the ground, so we landed it after a bit and leaned out the top end, but my daughter decided that it wasn't in her best interest to run the video camera again.

    I went out tonight and maidened my rebuilt 3DHS 103" Extra 330SC tonight also!. It was an awesome flight. Only 2 clicks of elevator and it was hands free flying straight and level :) Trying to get the video my daughter took to upload, but I do have some pictures of the plane in the air :)

    I am using Photoshop CS5, which really makes it a lot easier because I can create individual layers for each color and then just modify it to my hearts content :)

    Frank Bowman rings low compression

    I went home at lunch and ran the engine again for about 20 minutes and it is running like it has never ran before! I have a 3W 27x10 wood prop on it and it is turning 6030 rpm at WOT! Couldn't get it past 5800 before the new parts. The throttle response is just like my 3W-150, nice and snappy :)...
