    Family here for the rest of the week so progress will slow. Black screws on whatever black fixture thingamajig I made didn't have enough contrast so i painted the screws silver.

    Thinking running exposed wiring to throttle Servo and engine ignition so went looking for mini wire looming. McMaster Carr had it in 1/8" diameter!

    Tony, I have 3/8 aluminum channel if you need any. I ended up with a 6 ft piece from McMaster-Carr.

    It has never been run as well as a nylon gear inside degrades after a few years. I believe the oil will need to be replaced as well.

    Mike had it done right, removable pex.............. Radiant heat yes but what when it fails in 20 years? Well you could abandon it. Domestic water not so much. Sleeved is the key. Even copper fails under slabs. Ugly repair work.

    Mike, what's the plumbing for. I do not like pex under a slab. Keep a copy of your warranty.

    I think I'm stuck until my engine is returned from service. At least in the cabin area. I need to work my way backwards from the firewall so I'll find other areas to work on in the mean time.

    Ok, no lights. Engine is Kavan 4 stroke gas/ methanol. I'll email Mecoa about the muffler tap. I'll do some weight management while I continue the build.

    I suppose there's the weight gain of the steel tubing vs wooden dowels.
