    there are shops that cut vinyl for stripes and there are shops that print onto vinyl for graphics. Knife Edge is a print shop, they don't do any cut vinyl. It looks like you'll need a little of both. Maybe Aero Graphix does both? That would Bryan Zhang's shop, he's here too @StickerBiotch
