    Didn’t make much progress on the Pietenpol today. Had too much yard work. Then once I got to work on the Pietenpol, I realized some parts where missing. Ugh. Some of them will be easy to make. Like the firewall and landing gear blocks. But it was also missing one of the pre-shaped cockpit...

    I lucked into this kit for $20.00. So far, I’m liking it! Got most of the die cut parts popped out and trimmed up. The balsa parts were pretty easy but the liteply parts took a little more work.

    Speaking of green, I have these old school green wheels I’ll probably use on it. And yes I plan to come up with some sort of pilot figure. Even it’s its just a crazy troll doll with a scarf. :D

    Joe Nall and and Florida Jets are probably the top two in the US. Although I’ve never been able to attend either in person. I work way too much. But hopefully someday.
