    i was thinking a CF tube across the horizontal stab with a single control horn inside the fuselage like a Pitts has, but all in one piece instead of two halves like the Pitts. a couple of spikes to bury in the elevator halves would keep it from dislodging. similar for the wings as you've said...

    i like pull-pull but it can't be too tight if going directly to the servo. like the idea of an intermediate bellcrank taking the strain of the pull from the wires with one or two pushrods between the servo and bellcrank, fwiw, but never actually did one this way

    congrats on the move and new house. we just went through that a couple of weeks ago. new shop has lights and a bench, will maybe have a new project underway in a few days. the postman delivered 12m of Cub Yellow Ultracote yesterday so it won't be long before it's underway. good luck with yours!
