    whoever shows up having lost the most weight between now and then. we're about the same weight with about the same target...i'd be shooting for 170, he's shooting for 175 i think. but i'm a meat eater so it's hard for me to lose weight and still get my morning bacon!

    no setting in the JR9503 that I can find but in the DSMX DX8 there is a "Frame Rate" setting and included in that is a DSM2 or DSMX setting. now i'm confused too
