    This was fun. I told him not everything is easy. I waited a minute then handed him a patch piece and said ' separate it '. He tried, then stopped and looked at me. He got it.........

    I still have a trainer from the late 80's that I built (minus the wing for some reason). Going to use it again as a trainer for my son but first a new wing. He assembled the wing last year, finally pushing him to finish it. Girlfriend, social life and college next fall means limited time...

    Finally I flew this year. Coached my son's baseball spring team, his highschool graduation/college preparation. Rain, rain, work, work, so many things keep me away from the field. Anyway, my big Sukhoi is now certified as ready to fly everyday by a couple of much better pilots than me...

    Thank goodness, I hated so many of my friends did not enjoy this stage of life last year. We were limited to 4 seats so everybody was scattered around the arena.

    Yes, engineering it is. Accepted to several large schools but chose a local state university to get started. Not very happy parents but less draining of the bank account.

    The Powerbox Core radio will be my next transmitter. I was shown its capabilities by one of their sponsored pilots and this diehard Futaba fan was blown away. Amazing radio.

    Tony, yes on front spars connecting. There are short spar replica pieces fitted in the photos. I'll post details on rear spar tomorrow.
