    And the Winners Are!

Yeah it's crazy I just woke up from my mid day nap (I work graveyard) to the power being out and surprisingly the winter weather hasn't started yet and it's still just rain.

    And the Winners Are!

So I hope the winners don't mind but I probably won't make it to the post office today. A nasty wintery mix moving in so its not worth it for me to make a trip out in it until later when I have to be at work at which point the PO will be closed.

IMAC Dalton 300 ml build thread.

Ok that makes since if that's what you are looking for. I guess with a profile for the most part it is always in a HA attitude or flip flopping around so you need it that way to keep the tip from stalling.

IMAC Dalton 300 ml build thread.

Its interesting that he told you to make the tip sharp and the root blunt. Over on the Probro site we do this and refer to it as zippering the LE but we do it the opposite way making the root sharp and the tip blunt. The object behind this method is to get the inner portion of the wing to stall...

    Funtime VA Aeronuts 6/6/2015

If it goes to the rain date I will probably be able to make it but the first date is my weekend to work. OH well the PROBRO will be at the end of the month so that will be good.

That's what some say but I just consider myself a goober for the most part. LOL just trying to help promote GSN.

Nope so long as you glue the wooden dowls in good you will be good to go.

The 'What did you do in your workshop tonight?' thread

Nope I have not been to a probro event yet. My actual first probro I will attend will be at my home field and I'm hosting it this year last weekend in June. Also here is the maiden of that little sabre35. Lots of fun but stripped a swervo gear and the factory pushrods are way to flimsy...

The 'What did you do in your workshop tonight?' thread

I like the idea of that and I have a dle 55 I could throw on it. It's something I'm deff interested in. Just remember a slab has to have a tube in the fuse. The sbach I have has that airfoil you speak off where it's flat across the top and tapered on the bottom. It flys well though. Just flew...

Oh OPPS your said sabre X. It is a nice airframe as well that the PROBRO's like as well.

The 'What did you do in your workshop tonight?' thread

The probro's seem to love it except for the fact that it doesn't have a tube in the fuse so it doesn't handle dorks as well. Getting ready to go maiden mine in a little bit.

The 'What did you do in your workshop tonight?' thread

Got my sabre35 RTF last night. All up it weighs 21.04oz with a 1300mah 3S lipo on the nose. I think it is just a touch tail heavy but I like my profiles that way.

    And the Winners Are!

So I started working on the blocks that others have ordered last night. Didn't get a recent pic before I left my shop but they are all cut have the holes drilled and about half of them have been sanded smooth and had the studs installed. I didn't have enough finish milled oak that I had gotten...

Yeah it sucks cause it is s little money lost on the sale but I still want the customer to be happy.

    And the Winners Are!

I was happy to donate them and now time for me to get into the shop to start churning out some more. I think I got 5 sets total to make including one set for a buddy who I sent a set to in Oregon and they never showed up.

    Scale 50% Dalotel 165

Puts less strain on the swervos. I would assume using them will allow you to use a swervo with not as high of a torque rating as well.
