Hey it was basically a free to me plane so I'm not complaining too much. IT shows how good the plane is though that in that few of flights I was already comfortable doing snaps down low.- BalsaDust

Well flight number 5 after rebuilding the Raven resulted in a dumb thumb. Was flying in heavy winds and did a snap roll into harrier down low. Was flying with a tail wind and even going full throttle it just didn't start climbing fast enough and a smacked into one of the pilot safety fences...- BalsaDust

Raven will go back in the air today. Fuse was simple. Just remove the busted wheel pants and then just wick a bunch of thin CA in the cracked formers before installing electronics. Added a little wood filler to the crushed balsa on the wing before sanding smooth. I like this filler as it goes on...- BalsaDust

Opened up the wing on the Turbo Raven this morning before work. Damage isn't as bad as I thought. For the most part should be able to just press stuff back together and wick in some thin CA. Maybe a few bits of cross grained balsa in key areas. I see no reason this plane won't fly again next...- BalsaDust

Not much to show on this one. Some random 30cc sized yak a flying buddy gave me that had never been flown. I threw a spare set of PowerHD LF20 servos in it I had and picked up a XPWR30cc and Castle Edge HV 80 ESC. Will get it's maiden today during my lunch break.
