    I did a run of heavy duty thread today, I'll do another trial run on the wing tomorrow. Also I think 1/2" tape is the correct size. My first practice run was 3/4".

    Test on the underside of the wing. I can't the tape to mold/ form over the rope pieces. I will search for smaller rope.

    Working on the fake wing stitching, 1/16 or 1/8" soft rope glued to paper then strip cut with a circle cutter.

    The panels are glued to the frame with Weldbond/equivelent. I don’t remember gluing the cloth to the liteply panels.
