    Got the offset bushings done. They were made out of 1/4" brass stock, with an offset from center hole in them.

    Got the handle shaft knocked out this morning. The tricky part is the bend, and not cracking it during the process. No cracks, but I didn't quite get the 60* on the bend the prints call for. It's good enough for me though.

    Got some of the headstock work done on the lathe today. I've been enjoying it so far. Once I got the gears and shaft done, the gears are a press fit onto the shaft.

    I'll be doing a little work on both at times. Getting ready to cut some gears for the mini lathe soon. The new collet set will work great for that. I got the center section of both wings finally sheeted today.

    Got part of my lathe upgrade today. Went with an ER40 collet set from Precision Mattews. The collets showed up. Still waiting on the collet chuck, should be here tomorrow and I'll post another update. The collets look really good so far.
