Little more done...... Rudder Hinged and tail gear installed. Elevator servo installed and linkage. Had to use a small arm since any longer arm wont clear the stab. Turns out it gets full throw with the smallest arm included with the servo. Rudder servo...

Cool, I didn't really force the pins since I was just testing the fit. I will give that a try. I'm sure after a few POP TOPS from Gary they will loosen up.

Last thing I got done last night was put heat shrink on the servo leads running up the cabane struts. Few tie wraps and there nice and neat. I also managed to epoxy in the fin. Fin was just a little off from center, so a little sanding and some tape to hold it while the glue dries.

Next I epoxied in the wing strut mounts for the wing struts. There is a upper wing mount and a lower wing mount, make sure you pay attention here. I marked them with a red pin once I figured them out. The struts only install one way, make sure you get this right when checking...

Installed servos into the wings. Horizon puts these nice little pull strings into the wings to make this super easy. Pull the wire threw.... Made up the 4 control rods, all the exact same length. Control rod hardware. Screws for mounting servo tray...

Ok, I got a little more done in the last few nights. Finished up the aileron servo trays. I use the screw to mark the hole then removes servo and drill. Don't try to make the hole with the screw, the block will crack. Then tap the screw into the hole. Remove screw...

    DA60, Header, RE2 Pipe, and coupler w/springs

Selling a almost brand new DA60, MTW RE2 Pipe, DA-60 25mm Double Bend Flex Header, and coupler with springs. All has about 2 gallons threw it and still looks brand new, no issues. Lots of power, yanks my 20 pound EF 300 around like a foamy. Serial # 1915. Everything is still installed in my...

I thought about the heat shrink or a black snakeskin wrap, something of that nature. As for the nasty snap, might be because it only has one elevator servo and the elevator halves joined makes one weaker. One side might have not been able to keep up with the hard elevator therefor doing a...

    Eflite Beast 60e

They are actually just pulled real tight. The manual says to secure with clear tape once final. They feed threw the upper strut hole and once the strut is attached and tightened, they wont move. I'm still thinking about how to hide them, maybe black electrical tape and some small tie wraps, not...

Aligned and glued in stab. Manual says to use thin CA here and keep flowing it in. Works really well. Dont forget to put the elevator joiner in before you glue !!! Clean up with alcohol and acetone if needed.

Also got the servo mounts done. Make sure you go with the mini size servos, standard wouldn't fit in these trays without major modifying. Line up the blocks, mark position to glue I put a 2x4 onto the block with weight till they dried.

Alright, got a little more done. Would have done more, but my AC went out last night. Good thing its cool at night. Anyways, got the wing hinging done and control horns epoxied in. Pretty simple on these CA hinges, line it all up, find your hinge gap, and slowly flow in the CA...
