    Decided to use a kwik link spring instead of silicone tube for the stock connector which is backed by a nut. Installed with locktite.

    Decided I wanted to use a solderable kwik link instead of a snap link on the servo side. Just looks cleaner and more robust. Had to make a little joggle to the servo horn for everything to line up like I wanted it to.

    Installed the horizontal. Ended up having to shim the right side up a bit to make everything square. The elevator control horn was hitting the canted bulkhead, so I put a piece of spruce in the corner and relieved the area for proper movement.

    Yeah... well it's almost like being on lockdown with how bad the weather has been lately. BUT I can actually get out and be in public with a mask. Canada is locked down bad... so bad it's hurting us in Alaska with the Jones ACT, cruise ships cannot come here without stopping in the international...

    News Picture Upload Limited to Three?

    For the last 2-3 weeks I have been unable to upload more than three pictures. I know others have been having the same issue on different threads. I receive an error message that says "There was a problem uploading your file." Need some help with this @GSNadmin , Not sure what's going on. Thanks!

    That's a bummer. Hopefully things will lighten up soon. If it makes you feel any better it's snowing here................. yesterday it was gusting 40mph and snowing. It's like winter is angry...keeps stepping in front of spring and saying "AND ONE MORE THING!!" LOL Time to go away winter.

    Did you replace the blind nuts? This seemed to be the weak point for me, the ones included are pretty weak/thin and will eventually give up by stripping or shearing unless they've addressed this already.

    I've never seen an adapter like that for an HVLP. I had to look them up and think it's a pretty neat system! Makes cleanup a breeze I'm sure. I remember using two part primers and just hating the cleanup process. I would have loved this back when I was painting a lot.

    @Snoopy1 will be your guy for a comparison. Electric will be floaty and fun. The main advantage with Gas is the flight times... even with a 17oz tank.     Glued my flap hinge points. They were a bit tricky to get aligned but utilizing some scrap ply to keep the flap flush with the lower wing it all worked out. Did each flap separately to maximize my 30min pot life.
