    I added a bell crank to make up the 2" offset. I pressed in bearing just big enough to cover 4-40 rod then locked it in between the fuse frame.

    I found a 1/8 +/- carbon fiber rod that wool work perfectly. Even better it was splitting on one end and I found a perfect way to save it. I taped the split tight while the Hysol cured,.

    I don't think a plastic Du-bro push rod is appropriate for a 40 lb airplane so looking for ideas. I might have a direct line to the servo but the flex of a plastic push rod is nice.

    I had to move my lower wing brace wires forward. A, they weren't scale where i had them and B, they interfered with my rudder pull pull wires. I decided to take a short cut and just insert a metal piece oin the connection area. Cut, drilled, ground smooth then blackened. I had to hammer...
