    just curious, was watching the video about making the fuselage, what does one do with a GIANT C130 fuselage plug after the fuselage halves have been laid up? Tie it up to a ski boat and try to ride it?

    scruff, i'd be surprised if the rel. humidity is that high in the winter with the low temps. we'll see what others have to say but worst case is very hot and too dry or too wet, the conditions you're talking about seem perfect.

    just chiming in, i'd think there is the potential for any method to go astray and leave someone injured. more important than anything is for the person starting the engine to be comfortable with the method they're using. flycanic's plane between his legs, or someone like myself that uses a rope...
