After grinding the spinner to accommodate the propeller, I carefully put my backplate, and pre-drilled (by me) prop on the engine for alignment and then used a drill bit to transfer the hole locations to the back plate. Kinda neat if your going electric. I think. The supplied engine block moves a bit and you epoxy it in place. I haven’t seen this before and moves about 5/8” Which reminds me. Ignition module mounting ideas?? I try very hard to separate the module from everything else, it will not fit on the engine box sides and top, only the bottom. Worked on my throttle servo setup. Have some 2-56x2-56 DuBro ball links on order. Didn’t realize I ran out!! Used the supplied servo mount and epoxied it there. Note I got a throttle arm extension on the carb from VVRC ProModeler DS305CLHV servo.- AKNick

Work has been hindering my timber build... You'd think it would be easy to find a 17oz Fiji bottle around here.... nope. After my third store I finally found one for my PSP cap. I also found a round 20oz bottle... Got me thinkin... How does one keep a round tank from rotating? Velcro?- AKNick

I have some TPU sitting around. I need to give it a whirl!! Looks like a CR-10? Any tips for a guy who has been using PLA to try out TPU setting wise? I wonder how the tire will hold up under torsion or even rocks for that matter. WAY cool, I haven't seen anyone accomplish this yet. Way to go!- AKNick

Oooff, fortunate bump indeed... Just curious when it was time to abort that takeoff? or how? Not sure how ground steering works on a delta wing with a row of tires on either side. The landing was in the opposite direction, was there any wind? Looks like the forward momentum with the reverse... -

The marine style has adhesive in it and is a little thicker I think. The idea is that it seals the exposed wire and wont allow the elements to seep into the insulation or components. Mine came without wrinkles, I used some blue tape in between the ailerons and flaps, peeled it off and the red trim came with it. So hit it all with an iron anyways.- AKNick
