That makes great sense. Thanks for the run down.

Sport The Behemoth Yak gets a Behemoth Brother/129" Pilot Yak (2)

Man that's a lot of battery in that thing. Mind you I have never set up anything this big but my 55cc Sukhoi flys on two 2500mah 2S LiFe packs for everything. I generally get in four flights that are 9 minutes long on it each time I take it out and when I recharge my packs I'm only putting in...

Sport Idiot Boy Builds an Old School World Engines Robin Hood 99 Kit

Looks great Mike. If I might add as I think it would even better. Build on some side cheeks up front like a modern day trainer. That's just me though.

Yup I am and it wouldn't be possible without this place here and it wouldn't look as good as it does without the help it got from @Decal Dennis

    CRRC GP50R

I agree with you there. The ra version looks nice but like you said it's almost the price of a da50. I hate seeing the standard 55 not being made any more and doesn't make any sense to me as it was such a great running motor. I guess I will have to take care of my two for as long as I can make...

Interesting. I did not know the dle55 was out of production. I assume they have gone just to the RA version.

Cool The I'm going out flying thread 2017

Had a blast flying with the guys at CVRC today. Put another half gallon of fuel through the sukhoi and really loving the plane. Finally starting to get a feel for it in harrier (realized I needed to carry a little more speed) and can see more and more that the plane is a touch tail heavy so I...

Been taking a CAD class this summer. Nothing fancy and nothing I will actually use but I played around and started drawing a wing.

    GSN GIVE-A-WAY Hangar 9 35% Extra 300X Assembly

That is possible but I have never heard that. Biggest difference is the red Loctite is pretty much permanent without heat being applied to it to remove the bolts.

It's called heat there little buddy, just a little bit of heat will soften the loctite back up.
