    Rebuilding the Yak...again.

Glad to hear it went well. And just like from my experiences busted airframes that you repair always seem to fly better. Guess that meens I'm gonna have a bunch of really good flying airframes as I dorked everything I have in some way this past weekend at Nash.

The I'm going out flying thread 2016

More pics from Saturday of me having fun with my sbach. It's such a fun and easy plane to fly. Little upset though as I dorked it on like the 8th flight with it and busted the wing joiner section again so it will need repairs now.

The I'm going out flying thread 2016

Had a blast this weekend flying at NASHBRO. Made a lot of good friends and did a lot of flying. Only pictures I really took as I was more focused on flying and hanging out. First is right after I dorked my Edge profile during the noon time mass hover. Nothing quite like hovering with tons of...

The 'What did you do in your workshop tonight?' thread

Yes I'm freaking loving it. Had a midair with it at Nash today which broke the aileron off. I will get it fixed once I wake up and huck the heck out of it some more. With the recommended 3S power setup it has really good power.

The 'What did you do in your workshop tonight?' thread

I flew my Giles last night. With the full flying stab its wild. Just slow it down, pull full up elevator, then goose the throttle a little and it rotates around itself so freaking tightly.

The 'What did you do in your workshop tonight?' thread

Not sure about that one as I haven't heard anything on it. I know sticking in the size range the Giles is they all pretty much fly great just the Giles is supposed to be the best of all of them. @capthis is in love with the acrocub that he got.

I will add as well minus my reciever and the glue needed to put it together it was less than $100.

It's a value hobbies Giles 202 epp foamie. I went with the 3S setup that it recommends. Great power.

Yup I think I may be prepped to the max for Nash. There are ten planes in the back of that little ranger. Four of them have been sold so they only have to make it one way but I have already bought two others to come back with me.

Build thread is a must for the mojo65 and if you need any help along the way just ask. Never built a 65 but built lots of slabs.

    20cc Pattern Plane for Practice

The 65 is already moassed. The mojo40 and 60 both where updated some years after initial design to have the larger surfaces thus the rename to Moass.

    20cc Pattern Plane for Practice

No the Moass stands for More Ass. Basically its a stock mojo 60 with bigger elevator and rudder.

Yes that looks like a primo in his picture. Here is my mojo40 (L4 look a like) and I should be picking up a Moass60 at Nash next week.

If you build the mojo be careful with your wood selection. One guy I fly with has one that is close to 9lbs and another guy built one for his club president that was around 7-1/2lbs. At 9lbs a DLE 20 is really lacking for vertical and get out of trouble power.
