    Slitting saw to start but arbor was too for saw so only an 1/8 or so sticks out. Finished with a hacksaw. Larger slitting saw blades ordered............

    I picked up a Sherline mill for very cheap, will probably sell it on eBay soon. It has an M1 taper.

    Playing around with my mini lathe and mill tonight. Kind of ugly but that little piece of brass is drilled, tapped, lathed, milled and slotted.

    Final ribs cutting. This little mill is essentially cheating. Hysol used between wood and brass.
