Continuing work on the landing gear piece. Polished the blackened flux away to expose a few holes in the solder. Much easier to fill in than the actual soldering, different thickness metals are not easy to solder.- dhal22

Mini lathe (and mill) discussion.
I sent the eBay Sherline back to seller. In good working condition it was not. Would love to have a bigger lathe (and can afford it) but primarily just need to make small parts. I see the Taig is under $1000 with a power feed. Maybe not a power cross feed but again little parts. :ugh:- dhal22
