    Merlyn was a prolific scratch builder over on RCSB, almost everything was large LARGE twin engine planes. The Beechcraft Starship scratch build was epic. Monster plane, twin DA 100s at least.

    Electric or hydraulic concrete saw, NOT gas powered. Don't forget about carbon monoxide. Of course electric or hydraulic saw cutting is a pros job. Then an electric jackhammer and you're done by lunch.

    Scale Nelitz 1/3 scale Cub build

    Mostly done with soldering on the Cub but now finally decide to properly size my torch. Started with a hand torch, then switched to an acetylene rig but used whatever tip I had. Both were too big, new tip should vastly improve my results. Ignore the big tip, it's for 4-6" copper.
