    What did the final weight come in at on yours terry? @kwj48 sbach65 profile is around 9 lbs and it may not be over powered but it has enough power to keep it out of trouble with a DLE 20. Can't wait to see what my stix60 profile does with the DLE 20 as it should come in around 7lbs.

    All done. Didn't work out trying to cut out some letters for the side of it. Just couldn't get the cuts smooth enough. The owner said he is happy the way it is so it's done and on to the kadet.

    Your correct. May try it but it will be difficult. The guy that brought me the plane had at one point wrapped the center section of the wing with a strip of fiberglass cloth. Not sure what kind he used but it was impossible to try and sand smooth so it was all I could do to get the green to lay...
