    I don't see the fuss over Hysol, maybe someone that has used it can shine some light on the subject. Seemed like the guys that built Cardens were high on it? Your firewall still looks thick. Is that carbon tape on the side?

    David, You mentioned Hysol, what is the cure time for Hysol? I'm too cheap to use it! I really could never see the benefit verses the cost, if I need a nice fillet, mix up some epoxy and filler , dispense with a monoeject tube.

    You can get PETG sheets from McMaster Carr in small sizes. PETG I believe you would have a hard time forming poly carbonate without heating.
