Have the wings just about ready to cover, sanded with 220, 320 next, and might do 400. Found these Bulbs for the landing light, 12 volt, 35 watt halogen, might be a tad big, will find out when they arrive.

Scale Wendell Hostetler 30% PA-28 Cherokee Build

I have the plans for the Hostettler Bonanza, 108" span, 1850 square inch, wing loading looks to be about 11 oz/sqft. I had a Sig Bonanza with Carl Goldberg retracts and loved the way it looked with gear up. How about a Chippy with the gear up?

Have the left wing flap cut off and hinged. Once the epoxy cures I'll finish the linkage and finish the sheeting. Found these PWM switches on Banggood, the two on the top are rated for 8 amps, 3-30 volt, these will control the position lights and the flashing beacon. The switch on the bottom...

Was looking through some old High Flight magazines today and seen a photo of Bob Nelitz with his 33% Super Cub, 38 pounds believe it had a 3W 70 twin. This was at a fly in in Ottawa, CN. Looked to be painted in my favorite Super Cub scheme. Hope the tool works out for you. Here's the one I...
