    Finished the other wing! Turned out better than I anticipated. Looked over the fuselage, found a wheel axel I had lying around to swap out the bent one. Gear looks good! Patched a couple stick holes in the Ultracote that didn’t hit any structure thank goodness. LH elevator servo support glue...

    Far from perfection, but I think it will work just fine. It's my first smoker plane so letting it get dirty, and with all the little bumps, bruises, and scab patches is helping me get over the don't hurt the new plane or covering thought. LOL

    Both came stored at 14%, Quality seems legit. Purchased them from the China Warehouse since the USA warehouse is very limited. They shipped two at a time (four purchased) via FedEx. Pulse Batteries are out of stock on certain types I want for quite some time, so I opted to give these guys a try.

    The TDRC stuff is polyurethane. Chief carries Polyvinyl in addition to the rest except polyurethane. The nice thing about Polyurethane is that it's fairly rigid, and seats over barbs very well (especially if you heat it up a little bit), I like it as the vent/in tank/to carb... I don't like it...

    Thanks guys, don't worry. . . there are imperfections!! The other wing is going to use more balsa, and a need to make a rib. The original rib was either MIA in a tree or obliterated on impact.

    Yeah i honestly cannot remember what my throttle position was when t happened. I was playing with pump rates, it was upped from the last time I flew it. Seemed a little too dark this last flight That’s the most of the damage. That will keep me busy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Hard not to smile! It's like the quote someone has "I Fly, Therefore I Crash!" cannot be more true. I had a lot of fun with it for about 9 minutes before that happened. I was very comfortable with it. did a couple pop tops, rolling circles, and hovers with the smoke on ten feet up, Lots of fun...
