    Decided since my first gasser will hit the air this Sunday I needed a propper fuel jug. Took one of my 1 gallon cans and made my own stopper to go under the cap. Even machined a nice grove for the oring to rest in. Once I get home in the morning I will drill the center hole out and tap it to fit...

    Ouch. Glad it wasn't to bad. For me whenever I have a dead stick unless I have tons of altitude to make an approach to the runway I generally just point the nose straight and float it into the tall grass. Maybe it's from watching the warbird guys try to make that final turn during a dead stick...

    I do the same thing that jetpainter does except I just have a little small tub made by DAP. Super lite wieght and sands really easy.

    Well the cap was hanging a little tail heavy when I balanced it and was gonna have to add some weight to the nose. Who wants to add weight. I just relocated the rudder servo from the tail up into the fuse. I put it as far forward as I could so it's right up behind the tank tray. Cut a few...
